At Astra Luxe, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Returns

Personalized items (including custom engravings or photo projection pieces) are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Non-personalized items can be returned within 10 days of delivery for any reason, at your own expense.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must have the order receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@astraluxe.in . If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@astraluxe.in so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items with signs of wear, use, or modification

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to swap an item, please initiate a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
If the products customer received are damaged or defective products please provide us with supporting materials ( clear photos/ videos of the damaged products or defective products, etc ) Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days of delivery. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
